Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Working knowledge of computers
- Current driver's license, car registration and auto insurance if driving for the company
- Ability to perform heavy physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible hours including supervisory shifts and direct support
- Commitment to uphold safety and compliance standards
- Willingness to travel between program sites as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year related work experience
- Ability to supervise and manage staff
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to document and maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of health care and safety protocols
- Experience with compliance and regulatory standards
- Ability to manage budgets and purchasing
- Valid driver’s license if providing transportation
Job Duties
- Supervise direct support professionals
- Oversee day-to-day program operations including support delivery and person-centered plan implementation
- Manage health care monitoring and appointments
- Ensure compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
- Conduct training, performance evaluations, and supervise staff hiring and scheduling
- Manage financial tasks such as purchasing and budgeting for program needs
- Maintain census data and support placement preparations
- Oversee maintenance of vehicles and living environments
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relations and customer service standards
- Perform other duties and backfill roles as needed
