Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of food manufacturing experience
- At least 2 years of management experience in food production
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
