Job Requirements
- be at least 18 years of age
- have at least 2 years of related caregiving experience
- possess a valid driver’s license
- have a personal vehicle with current auto insurance
- ability to pass a drug test
- ability to pass a background check
- ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Duties
- transferring and positioning of the client
- observing and reporting changes in physical and mental conditions
- assist with skin care by applying over the counter lotions
- clean and maintain medical equipment such as power wheelchair, hospital bed, shower chair, and Hoyer lift
- accompany client to grocery, doctors appointment, or pharmacy errands
- prepare and clean after meals
- perform basic home chores including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and laundry
- provide personal care assistance including toileting and incontinence
- assist with bathing and perform skilled transfers into shower
- provide companionship and conversation
- assist with dressing
- maintain documentation and communicate with office regarding client needs
