- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Strong foundation in various cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Proficiency in butchery, baking, and pasta-making
- Experience with events and catering is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist Executive Chef with meal planning
- grocery shopping and preparations for all meals served
- Cook meals according to the chef's instructions, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation
- Source and order high-quality ingredients, keeping track of inventory and ensuring freshness
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Keep a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintain clear and open communication with the Executive Chef and other team members
- Assist with managing inventory of food and beverages throughout all properties
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes, unexpected location shifts, and other unforeseen circumstances
- Stay passionate about cooking and continuously improve skills and knowledge
