Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per day
- ability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- exposure to cleaning chemicals and temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- willingness to use tools and equipment like knives, box cutters, and electric pallet jacks
- compliance with company grooming and dress policies

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- provides excellent customer service and addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner
- follows and complies with established procedures including health and sanitation, safe work practices, and food safety regulations
- performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
