Job Requirements
- Experience as a Prep Cook or Cook preferred but not required
- Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in detail
- Ability to properly set up a buffet or serving station
- Experience in customer service strongly preferred but not required
- Food safety certifications as required by jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing
- Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
- Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes
- Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences
- Clean all work areas and customer service areas on an ongoing basis
- Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques always (HACCP)
- Assist in training new culinary Team Members
- Endure exposure to extreme temperatures
