The Prep Cook position at Corporate Chefs within our corporate dining location, UNUM in Columbia, South Carolina, is a full-time, onsite role offering a competitive hourly wage of $17 to $18. This role is ideal for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens and is passionate about delivering superior food quality. You will join a highly motivated and energetic kitchen staff focused on preparing and serving high-quality meals. This position provides a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts, supporting a healthy work-life balance. - At least one years prior culinary experience in a quality and high-volume establishment with an emphasis on scratch cooking
- working knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques, and standards
