- minimum two years pizza making experience in a commercial restaurant
- ability to work in fast high-volume environments
- ability to follow recipes and safe practices
- ability to maintain clean and organized work environment
- willingness to be part of a team and learn other stations

- ability to follow directions from management and chef
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- take directions from management and chef
- participate in training for other kitchen stations
