Job Requirements

  • minimum two years pizza making experience in a commercial restaurant
  • ability to work in fast high-volume environments
  • ability to follow recipes and safe practices
  • ability to maintain clean and organized work environment
  • willingness to be part of a team and learn other stations
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to follow directions from management and chef
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • prepare pizzas according to recipes and safety guidelines
  • operate efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • maintain clean and organized workstation following as-you-go practices
  • communicate effectively with team members, management, and the chef
  • assist with overall cleaning of the kitchen as needed
  • take directions from management and chef
  • participate in training for other kitchen stations
