The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) role at Banner Home Health offers an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on patient-centered care. The role offers autonomy within a supportive environment, allowing you to engage directly with patients addressing a variety of clinical conditions such as post-operative orthopedic recovery, neurorehabilitation, and cardiac rehabilitation. Banner Home Health emphasizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions. This role includes opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth within a large integrated health system. Banner Health values compassionate employees who are committed to making a positive impact in the community and advancing health care excellence. Join Banner Home Health to contribute to innovative home care solutions and help patients achieve their health goals in a caring, patient-focused atmosphere.
