Job Description
The SOUS CHEF at our establishment assists the Executive Chef with overseeing food preparation, managing the line staff and utility workers, handling inventory and purchasing, creating and pricing menus, budgeting for food and labor, scheduling staff, and maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with 2-3 years of experience
- previous experience in controlling food and labor costs, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing, and culinary team development preferred
