Job Requirements
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant and hospitality
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in an open kitchen environment
- Culinary Degree: Bachelors, Associates, or Certificate
- Culinary Nutrition degree and background preferred
- Understanding of basic dietary exchange system
- Documented history of cost control
- Strong knowledge of food sanitation regulations
- Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
