Job Requirements

  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in restaurant and hospitality
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in an open kitchen environment
  • Culinary Degree: Bachelors, Associates, or Certificate
  • Culinary Nutrition degree and background preferred
  • Understanding of basic dietary exchange system
  • Documented history of cost control
  • Strong knowledge of food sanitation regulations
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills
