The employment type is full-time, offering a stable position within a supportive and dynamic healthcare environment.
As a Patient Service Representative, you will be responsible for greeting patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor, setting the tone for a welcoming atmosphere. Your duties will include scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming patient appointments, managing accurate entry and updates of patient information, and handling inquiries via phone with professionalism and empathy. You will also be expected to maintain patient confidentiality rigorously, adhere to privacy policies, and process necessary forms and documentation required for clinic operations.
The role demands someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Collaboration with clinical and administrative staff is essential to support efficient clinic operations, and completing the Clinic Core Front Desk Training shortly after hire ensures you are fully prepared to excel.
