Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in culinary arts preferred
- minimum 4 years experience managing high-volume pastry/bakery kitchen
- leadership experience supervising teams
- knowledge of baking procedures and equipment
- familiarity with HACCP OSHA FDA regulations
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and time management skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- minimum 4 years managing high-volume pastry/bakery kitchen

- ability to handle fast-paced environments

- flexible availability for varied shifts

- proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel Outlook
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Manage pastry production schedules ensuring timely and accurate completion
- sustain optimal food costs through strategic procurement and waste reduction
- innovate baking techniques and menu offerings based on trends and seasonal ingredients
- lead and mentor the pastry department fostering productivity and creativity
- oversee training and development aligning with department goals
- ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- resolve operational challenges maintaining smooth operations and food safety
- maintain production standards ensuring quality and presentation
- manage inventory coordinating with procurement for timely supplies
- stay ahead of industry trends implementing best practices
- support additional tasks and special projects as assigned
