Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume kitchen
- at least 1 year of cake decorating and baking experience
- excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- ability to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ServSafe certified with knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Job Qualifications
