Delaware North is currently hiring both full-time and part-time Bakers to join the Lincoln Ristorante team in New York, New York. This role is integral to the success of the restaurant as Bakers are responsible for preparing a variety of bakery products that meet the highest standards of freshness and quality. Bakers play a critical part in maintaining the kitchen’s workflow by following established recipes and portion sizes, ensuring that every baked item adheres to the restaurant’s quality standards.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $23.00, reflecting the value Delaware North places on skilled culinary staff. Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • Follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards
  • keep workstations and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked
  • utilize kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, pots, steamers, and ovens
  • ensure proper baking temperatures are maintained
  • ensure food is stored correctly
  • perform opening, closing, and side work duties as instructed and according to proper guidelines
