Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • Proficient knife skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Flexible schedule willing to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluent in English
  • Legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties

  • Participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards
  • Complete mise en place and set up stations for all courses
  • Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of kitchen employees
  • Ensure cultural and core standards are met within the kitchen
  • Maintain proficiency in knife skills and kitchen multitasking
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
