Job Requirements

  • high school education or equivalent
  • minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • proficiency in knife skills
  • ability to multitask effectively
  • flexible schedule to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • participate in the preparation of food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards
  • complete mise en place and set-up stations for all courses
  • train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of kitchen employees
  • ensure all cultural and core standards are met
  • manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
  • adhere to safety and sanitation standards
