Job Description
Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is an esteemed, award-winning leader in luxury multifamily and HOA management. Renowned for its commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards, WRMC fosters welcoming communities where residents truly feel at home. With a reputation built on professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine dedication to service, the company stands out in the property management industry. WRMC's success is deeply rooted in the strength of its teams, who embody the company’s core values and commitment to superior resident experiences.
WRMC is currently seeking a polished and service-oriented Concierge to become the welcoming presence of one of its luxury multifamily communities located in the vibrant Arts District of downtown Dallas. This role is perfectly suited for a professional who takes pride in delivering an elevated resident experience, values discretion, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch service environment. The position is scheduled for weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with a competitive pay rate ranging from $19 to $20 per hour.
As a Concierge, you will be a critical touchpoint for residents, guests, and vendors. This role involves managing building access, greeting and assisting residents and visitors, and serving as a trusted resource for daily needs, all while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. The Concierge acts as the face of the community, managing interactions with warmth and efficiency, and maintaining the smooth operation of entry and guest/vendor check-ins. You will be responsible for upholding confidentiality and resident privacy, responding effectively to their concerns—including emergency situations—and logging daily activities accurately. The position demands a sharp eye for detail and an ability to multitask independently while supporting resident relations with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
In addition to operational duties, this role offers an opportunity to contribute ideas that enhance overall service quality and improve the resident experience at the community. Comfort with technology, such as email and property management or concierge systems like BuildingLink, is important for success in this role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, particularly within luxury environments, superb communication and interpersonal skills, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays, is essential.
Joining WRMC means becoming part of a forward-thinking company recognized for its leadership in the luxury multifamily space. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in property management while playing a vital role in creating an outstanding living environment for residents. If you have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to high standards of service, this Concierge position offers a rewarding career path in an exciting and dynamic setting.
