Trillium Woods is a distinguished Life Plan Community nestled on 46 scenic acres in Plymouth, Minnesota. The Receptionist role at Trillium Woods is a pivotal position within the Assisted Living, Memory Care neighborhoods, and/or Health Center. A part-time schedule is available, specifically from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM every other weekend, including holiday rotations, with hourly compensation ranging from $19 to $20. The Receptionist serves as the welcoming face of the community, responsible for ensuring that residents, families, guests, and vendors feel at home from the moment they arrive. This position focuses heavily on hospitality and compassionate interaction, emphasizing the significance of creating a warm, professional, and inviting atmosphere.

Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass preemployment screening including criminal background check, drug test, tuberculosis skin test, and employment references
- Availability to work part-time shifts 8:30am to 5:00pm every other weekend and holiday rotation

Job Duties
- Answering and directing calls with warmth and efficiency using our switchboard system
- Greeting residents, families, guests, and vendors—making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive
- Managing incoming deliveries, including packages, mail, and magazines
- Monitoring building access and ensuring all visitors sign in for safety and security
- Maintaining secure entry points accessible to the public
- Submitting maintenance requests on behalf of residents and staff
- Preparing documents such as memos, correspondence, and other communications
- Entering resident information into our system with accuracy and attention to detail
- Assisting with coordinating transportation for residents
- Ordering and organizing supplies
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor
