Independent Living

Trillium Woods offers 52 spacious, pristine independent living apartments, designed to provide residents with a vibrant and active lifestyle. These residences feature modern amenities, including full kitchens, walk-in closets, and private balconies or patios.

Residents enjoy a variety of activities and amenities such as art and fitness classes, swimming, guest speakers, educational lectures, and social gatherings. Additionally, the community provides complimentary transportation services to shopping centers, medical appointments, and local attractions.

Health Services

The Birches at Trillium Woods Health Center provides a range of health services, including memory care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation. The memory care program, Heartfelt Connections – A Memory Care Program®, is a nationally recognized, person-centered, activity-focused program that emphasizes each resident's unique abilities.

The skilled nursing care is rated 5 stars by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), placing it among the top-rated nursing care options in Minnesota.
