Maintaining knowledge of current advertisements, promotions, and loyalty initiatives is essential for maximizing customer engagement and satisfaction. You will also help uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to all laws and regulations concerning alcohol sales, supporting a compliant and safe store environment. Cross-functional duties might be assigned when needed to support store operations and team collaboration.

This role may sometimes be offered seasonally, lasting no longer than six months, with the possibility to apply for permanent positions afterward. The position requires the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business demands, and the physical ability to perform duties such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods. Total Wine & More values its employees as its greatest asset, which is why it provides a robust Total Rewards program featuring paid time off, comprehensive health plans including medical, dental, and vision, 401(k), various insurance coverages, tuition assistance, and career development opportunities.
