Job Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably
- Visual acuity sufficient to see and distinguish required reports
- Manual dexterity sufficient for writing
- Frequent bending and reaching
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years old
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in verbal and written form
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages
- Interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations
Job Duties
- Maintain organized pantries before, throughout, and at the close of each event
- Supervise Suite runners on duty to ensure they are staying on task
- Complete inventory at the closing of every month
- Assist where needed on event and non-event days
