Job Duties
- shuck oysters quickly and safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the raw bar area
- identify and select quality oysters for serving
- ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- assist with raw bar service during busy periods
- educate guests about oyster varieties and preparations
- collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
