Job Duties

  • shuck oysters quickly and safely
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the raw bar area
  • identify and select quality oysters for serving
  • ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • assist with raw bar service during busy periods
  • educate guests about oyster varieties and preparations
  • collaborate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
