The company is currently seeking an Overnight Baker and Production & Delivery team member to join their Brooklyn-based kitchen. This is an evening shift position designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and possess a passion for baking and food preparation. The role starts at 6:00 PM and typically lasts approximately 9 hours, from around 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, with an expectation of about 45 hours of work per week including Sundays. The position involves multiple responsibilities, including preparing and assembling sandwiches according to set production standards, baking and finishing pastries for wholesale orders, packing and labeling items accurately to ensure smooth delivery operations, and delivering orders directly to wholesale customers and Kona Coffee Roasters locations.

Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards, and consistency in maintaining the quality of all products. Candidates must be organized and able to work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily goals.
