Still Lounge By Dre and Snoop at Live! at the Pointe Orlando is a premier entertainment destination located in the heart of The Pointe Orlando, a bustling area known for its vibrant nightlife and dining experiences along International Drive. This 37,000 square-foot, multi-level venue offers an unparalleled mix of dining, cocktails, and hospitality, serving both locals and visitors within easy walking distance of the convention center district. Live! at the Pointe prides itself on being a unique destination with a variety of nationally acclaimed venues including Sports & Social, PBR Cowboy Bar, Shark Bar, and others, offering a combination of day and evening dining, high-energy sports watch parties, live music performances, and lively nightlife options.
The Manager position at Still Lounge By Dre and Snoop requires a dynamic individual who will uphold the establishment's high standards of service and operational excellence. This leadership role involves overseeing multiple facets of the food and beverage operation including ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, supervising daily activities, and maintaining seamless communication of policies and procedures. The Manager will play a critical role in managing staffing actions such as hiring, disciplinary measures, and salary recommendations, while also being alert to any issues that may arise during operations. Training and certifying all staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively is a key responsibility, as well as delivering an exceptional guest experience by greeting patrons and managing complaint resolution with appropriate service recovery strategies.
A vital aspect of this role involves collaborating on marketing initiatives and creative programming to drive sales and enhance guest patronage. The Manager assists in developing new menu offerings and participates in both local and system-wide food and beverage marketing programs. Operational oversight continues with monitoring restaurant performance through financial analysis and guest feedback, initiating corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards. The Manager also ensures the security and proper management of restaurant inventory, equipment, finances, and supplies, while actively participating in cost control efforts to maximize profitability. They are responsible for maintaining all restaurant equipment and facilities in pristine condition and may also coordinate special events within the venue.
This position demands flexibility, including working nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, and requires physical stamina for tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds and moving safely around the venue. Excellent communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests, employees, and third parties, as well as competence in administrative tasks like inventory management and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant or nightclub setting; a degree in Hospitality Management or some college education is preferred. Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a plus. Certifications such as alcohol awareness and valid food service permits or health cards as mandated by local regulations are necessary to fulfill this role successfully.

Job Requirements

- At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant or nightclub or similar setting
- Must speak fluent English
- Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to move about the outlet(s) safely and efficiently
- Ability to handle food, objects, products and utensils
- Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years restaurant management experience in a full service restaurant or nightclub or similar setting

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures
- Adhere to federal, state and local regulations concerning health safety or other compliance requirements
- Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation
- Plan and organize work
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures
- Recommend and/or initiate salary, disciplinary, or other staffing-related actions in accordance with company rules and policies
- Alert management of potentially serious issues
- Ensure all staff is properly trained and certified and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival, respond appropriately to guest complaints, establish and implement appropriate service recovery guidelines in order to ensure total guest satisfaction
- Assist with creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and increase guest patronage
- Assist in the development and implementation of new menus and local food and beverage marketing programs, and participate in and maintain system-wide food and beverage marketing programs
- Assist in monitoring performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiate corrective action as needed
- Maintain procedures to ensure the security and proper storage of restaurant inventory and equipment, ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and to minimize waste and control costs, participate in taking inventories
- Achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within all areas of the food and beverage outlet(s), assist in preparation of the annual operating budget which supports the overall objectives of the food and beverage outlet(s)
- Ensure that all restaurant equipment (coffee and soda machines, registers, etc.) are in proper operational condition and cleaned on a regular basis
- Ensure that all restaurant facilities are cleaned, vacuumed, and properly stocked according to anticipated business volumes
- May coordinate special events scheduled for the venue
