Job Description

Ontario Convention Center is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to join their Food & Beverage department. This part-time role reports to the Executive Chef and offers a compensation of $22.00 per hour.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and five years related experience and/or training
  • valid San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card required
  • ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, write reports, and present information effectively
  • strong mathematical skills for calculating food quantities, menu knowledge, and problem-solving
  • physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds
  • available to work weekends/holidays
  • knowledge of Excel and Word
  • skilled in operating modern office equipment
