Gatti-Land Round Rock is currently seeking upbeat and cheerful Guest Service Team Members to join their dynamic crew. These positions are hourly and start at $15 per hour, with required working hours from 5 PM to 11 PM. Guest Service Team Members are the vital front line of the restaurant, acting as ambassadors who reflect the brand’s friendly and hospitable spirit. The primary responsibilities of this role include greeting guests, assisting with the phone and register, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, overseeing the arcade/midway section, and engaging with children during birthday parties. Team members need to be flexible and willing to learn about the production aspects of the business, though their main focus always remains on the guests' satisfaction. Job Requirements
- available to work from 5pm to 11pm
- ability to interact positively with guests of all ages
- basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems is a plus
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- reliable and punctual
- minimum age requirement as per local labor laws
- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is advantageous
