Situated in Corpus Christi, this establishment combines the comfort of a premium hotel with accessibility and modern amenities to cater to both business and leisure travelers. Hilton Garden Inn operates under the broader MCR management organization, one of the largest hotel owners and operators in the United States. MCR boasts a $5.0 billion portfolio of 148 premium-branded hotels with over 22,000 guestrooms across 37 states and 106 cities. This positions Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi not only as a key player in hospitality but also as part of a robust network dedicated to maintaining rigorous quality and service standards.

MCR, with offices in New York City, Dallas, Chicago, and Richmond, Virginia, is celebrated for its innovative approach to travel and guest services, having earned prestigious accolades such as being named one of Fast Company's 10 Most Innovative Travel Companies of 2020 and receiving the Marriott Partnership Circle Award multiple times. The Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi benefits from MCR's extensive experience and resources which support team members in delivering exceptional, consistent experiences to every guest.

The Night Auditor role at Hilton Garden Inn Corpus Christi is designed for individuals who thrive in a hospitality environment centered on cleanliness, friendliness, and meticulous attention to detail. This position is a vital part of the hotel’s operations, ensuring smooth overnight auditing processes, maintaining security, and handling guest needs with cordiality and efficiency. The role requires a candidate who demonstrates a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to upholding hotel standards. Night Auditors play a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, supporting hotel events, and precisely managing audit reports and shift transitions.

Beyond typical auditing responsibilities, the Night Auditor is expected to embody the company’s core values, contributing to happy guests by engaging warmly with them, using their names to foster a personalized experience, and assisting in recovery when challenges arise. Spotless cleanliness is a standard within the hotel, and all team members, including the Night Auditor, are encouraged to pitch in as needed throughout public and private areas. Consistent product quality is upheld through rigorous adherence to checklists and uniform standards.

The successful candidate must feel comfortable working overnight hours, handling varying demands and the pace that accompanies a busy hotel environment. They must be adept at using technology pertinent to their role and skilled in conflict resolution, ensuring all operations during their shift contribute positively to the hotel's reputation and guest reviews.
