Job Description
Biospan, a Miami-based client following a medically guided, anti-inflammatory nutrition protocol, is seeking a private chef to prepare and deliver 2–3 meals per day, six days a week. The meals must be low-histamine, low-fermentation, and anti-inflammatory, around 2,000 kcal/day with 150g protein spread across 3 meals, cooked in olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil only, excluding certain items and inspired by South Asian, Persian, Thai, and Italian cuisines. Delivery is weekly, ideally on Monday evenings, frozen or cooled for easy reheating. This is a long-term role with ongoing weekly service, and the rate will be discussed during the interview. At Biospan, you'll receive hands-on training from nutritional experts and the head chef, crafting custom nutrition-packed menus, selecting the finest organic produce, and cooking flavorful and nutritious meals.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- experience as a chef or private chef preferred
- expertise in creating low-histamine, low-fermentation, and anti-inflammatory meals
- knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
- proficiency in cooking techniques and meal planning
