Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-6 years of supervisory experience
- authorization to work in the United States
- successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check
- strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- knowledge of basic math
- ability to handle stressful situations
- proficient in cutting, traying, wrapping, and labeling meat products
- possession of Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain within 180 days of placement
- must be 18 years of age
