Job Requirements
- Must be able to work around moving parts and partially wet floors
- must be able to walk, stoop, and bend
- must have the ability to work in a cold environment with a constant 38-40 degrees temperature for up to 8 hours or more daily with appropriate insulated clothing
- must be able to stand on a daily basis for at least 8 hours
- must be able to use fingers and hands to handle equipment up to 8 hours a day
- must apply effective food hygiene practices
- must have good organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes
- must have the ability to apply safety and sanitation standards
- must have the ability to use knives, cutting boards, mobile shelving, carts, meat slicers, and related industrial kitchen equipment
- must be flexible to work in a 24/7 environment including nights, weekends and holidays subject to change due to shift bidding
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
