The role of a Managing Partner, also known as General Manager, at Texas Roadhouse is a highly responsible leadership position that demands a hands-on approach to overseeing all facets of restaurant operations. Financial oversight is a critical part of the job, including managing food costs, labor expenses, and liquor costs as well as preparing and maintaining weekly, monthly, and yearly budgets while controlling waste.

You will also be responsible for compliance, ensuring adherence to employment policies, liquor laws, and food safety regulations. The Managing Partner acts as a liaison between the restaurant, vendors, and the corporate support center, maintaining seamless communication and operational performance. Additionally, you will oversee cleanliness, security, and the enforcement of safety measures to create a welcoming and secure atmosphere for both guests and staff.
