Job Requirements

5 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchen management
at least 3 years as executive chef
formal culinary education preferred
experience with hotel banquets and high-end functions
experience in union environment preferred
strong financial acumen
ability to manage food and labor costs

Job Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchen management
minimum 3 years as executive chef
at least 3 years of kitchen leadership in a high-end, high-profile restaurant
experience with hotel banquets and working with sales and operations to execute high-end functions
formal culinary education preferred
experience in a union environment preferred
strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines

Job Duties

Run an efficient culinary program
create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
update and transform banquet program to modern standards
teach and manage Sous Chefs and Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
be a presentable and a marketable figure in the hotel
