Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age

Job Duties
- Apply thorough knowledge and culinary techniques to execute menu items consistently
- Monitor meals for appearance, quality, portion control, and temperature standards
- Ensure stations are set before service and sufficient mis-en-place is prepared for the next shift
- Uphold safety standards and report injuries promptly
- Assist in controlling food and labor costs, purchasing, receiving, and inventory management
- Ensure meal and rest breaks are available and properly recorded
- Establish proper par levels and conduct inventories
- Label, date, rotate, and store products properly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of production and merchandising areas
- Communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members
- Utilize point-of-sale system to take and complete orders
- Bag orders efficiently maintaining quality and presentation
- Set the tone for shifts and assume responsibility for results
- Secure building at closing
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary
