Job Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working with heat, equipment, and in a fast-paced kitchen
- Available to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler Certification required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read recipes and follow systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure
- Strong teamwork and clear communication skills
- Willingness to take feedback and continuously improve
- Food Handler Certification
Job Duties
- Work across stations (grill, sauté, pantry, brunch)
- Prepare dishes like salads, sandwiches, salmon, omelets, pancakes, and more
- Follow recipes and specs to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support your team to keep service running smoothly
