Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
open and evening/night-time availability preferred
ability to work both AM and PM shifts
physical stamina for kitchen work
commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards

Job Qualifications

ServSafe certification
excellent communication and teamwork skills
ability to read and follow recipes and direct instructions with precision
culinary degree or ACF equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Prepare meals according to recipes and menu specifications
cook food items promptly and efficiently
maintain kitchen inventory and supplies
ensure cleanliness and proper storage of kitchen equipment and ingredients
communicate regularly with Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Banquet Chef
assist chefs with special and station-specific preparations
work accurately and rapidly while maintaining focus on tasks
