Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to greet customers politely and professionally
  • experience with food preparation and cooking
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to work efficiently in a team
  • physical ability to set up and breakdown catering production
  • capability to manage inventory and maintain stock
  • reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in food preparation or service preferred
  • basic culinary skills including baking
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Greet customers with a courteous and friendly manner
  • take customers order and prepare according to recipe and guest specifications
  • remember recite and promote menu items
  • cook items to specific cook times and temperatures according to health regulations
  • produce mass production of recipes consistently
  • exhibit beginner baking skills including dough and cookie batter preparation
  • set up breakdown and set catering production according to specs
  • follow and complete all items on prep list and par list
  • maintain proper and adequate set up and breakdown of station daily
  • requisition and stock all required food paper products and condiments
  • maintain stock cutting and storage of perishables daily to ensure product quality
  • work with chef to contribute suggestions on weekly menu
  • anticipate peak and non peak service times batch cook food items accordingly
  • complete other duties to support the organization’s vision purpose and values
