Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Qualifications
- previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred
- knowledge of cooking techniques and equipment operation such as grill, fryer, broiler, and oven
- ability to follow recipes and presentation standards accurately
- strong organizational and sanitation skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- provide the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to guests
- execute menu recipes and ensure proper plate presentation for immediate service
- prepare all menu dishes in accordance with guest requests, portion control, temperature guidelines, and company time standards
- manage all aspects of their cooking station including set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, break down and storage
- operate various kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer, broiler, oven efficiently
- maintain a clean and safe working environment
- collaborate effectively with team members and support kitchen operations
