Job Requirements
- Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with other kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare dishes according to menu specifications
- Experience with various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, and frying
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple orders at once
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are completed accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen manager
