Job Requirements
- High level of mobility and flexibility
- Ability to work irregular hours under heavy stress and pressure during peak times
- High level of coordination
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
- Ability to fit through an opening 30 inches wide
- Frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors

Job Qualifications
- Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Prior experience in a cooking or food preparation role is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with food safety standards and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Report to work well groomed, in a clean and proper uniform, and practice good personal hygiene
- Use, maintain, and clean all kitchen line equipment, preparation, and storage areas
- Stock and rotate products on cooking line
- Have knowledge of cooking stations, menu items, and preparation procedures to ensure correct portioning, quality, cooking time, and performance standards
- Cook and prepare menu items according to guest requests within company standards and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures during hot and cold handling to reduce risk factors causing food borne illness
- Anticipate, identify, and correct system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction
- Communicate with Manager on Duty and coworkers regarding product/service deficiencies, equipment, and safety problems
