We are actively seeking passionate and skilled Line Cooks to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality food preparation services that meet our club's standards for excellence. This position is available for both full-time and part-time applicants, with hourly wages ranging from $17 to $18 depending on experience. In this role, Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food according to established recipes and menu guidelines, ensuring consistent portion sizes, garnishing, and presentation. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain high quality and efficiency in all food production. Your duties will include receiving and inspecting food supplies, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, adhering to food safety standards, and contributing to cost control. Experience with various cooking techniques such as grilling, baking, and boiling is essential. This position requires dedication to sanitation procedures, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to work in a busy kitchen environment are also important.
