Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Culinary Program degree preferred
- minimum 2 years of food preparation experience
- knowledge of food preparation, menu concepts, sanitation regulations, and safety measures
- ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and coworkers
- thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and intermediate kitchen skills
- valid Food Handler's card
- flexible scheduling
- Seattle area residency required
