Job Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • flexible schedule availability, including holidays and late-night shifts past 10pm
  • at least 3 years of prior kitchen experience
  • proficiency in working with fryers, cutting prime rib, setting and directing plates, and cooking steaks over an open flame broiler
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
