The Learning Management System (LMS) Senior Program Manager role at Enterprise Community Partners is a pivotal full-time position based in Columbia, MD. This role is charged with the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of the LMS system, playing a critical part in facilitating a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization. The Senior Program Manager will project manage the execution and integration of the LMS strategy, collaborating closely with the Organizational Development and Talent Management teams to ensure seamless deployment and operational efficiency.

In this role, the incumbent will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the LMS, handling user account management, course assignments, audits, and reporting while troubleshooting any platform or user-specific issues. The role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and technical expertise to optimize the LMS platform and ensure all training materials meet consistent quality standards in tone, structure, and accessibility. By analyzing LMS usage data, the Senior Program Manager will drive improvements based on learner progress and key performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to enhance training effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in relevant field
  • Minimum of three years' experience managing cloud-based LMS platforms
  • Experience with LMS integrations such as SCORM and APIs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot LMS and technical content issues
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive learning standards

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in education, IT, Talent Development, Learning Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years' experience with cloud-based LMS platforms such as Workday or Cornerstone

Job Duties

  • Project manage the design, testing, and integration of the LMS organization-wide
  • Collaborate with Organizational Development and Talent Management teams to maintain and optimize the LMS
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the LMS ensuring seamless functionality and a user-friendly experience
  • Manage user accounts, course or cohort assignments, transcript processes, audits, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Establish and maintain content standards ensuring consistency in tone, structure, and format
  • Review and update LMS content regularly to reflect changes and best practices
  • Develop, build, and analyze reports on LMS usage and key performance indicators
  • Monitor learner progress and course completion rates to improve training effectiveness
  • Stay updated on LMS product features and industry best practices
  • Suggest and implement system improvements based on feedback and trends
