Job Requirements
- High school diploma and culinary arts training required
- Culinary arts degree or ACF certification preferred
- Serv Safe certification required
- Minimum of 3 years of production and supervisory culinary experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting
- HACCP training preferred
- Strong customer service focus and organizational skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Preparing meals and overseeing kitchen staff in the absence of the Executive Chef and Dining Director
- Ensuring food is prepared to quality standards and served on time
- Maintaining compliance with all HACCP, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Monitoring inventory and rotating stock to prevent waste
- Training kitchen staff and promoting a clean, safe, and productive work environment
- Using facility equipment and supplies responsibly to minimize loss and inefficiency
- Supporting the execution of meal service and special events
