Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen or hospitality setting preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs regularly
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Willingness to adhere to safety and security protocols
  • Capable of maintaining guest satisfaction under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English
  • Basic supervisory skills including planning, organizing, directing, coaching, and training employees
  • Experience operating various types of kitchen equipment
