The Patina Group is currently seeking a dedicated Kitchen Supervisor to join their team at Centrico and Tiendita, located in Anaheim, California. This role can be full-time or part-time, with competitive pay ranging from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour. The Kitchen Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting the culinary experience by overseeing daily kitchen operations in fast-paced environments. This leadership position requires the ability to deliver high-quality food service while maintaining excellent time management and coordinating efforts among team members. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring food preparation meets established quality, presentation, and sanitation standards, as well as verifying adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and departmental policies. They will also maintain food cost controls within parameters set by culinary leadership and ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning efficiently. Besides managing food prep and quality, the Kitchen Supervisor will oversee cleaning duties, organization of storage facilities including walk-ins and freezers, and proper food storage practices such as labeling, rotating, and dating.

  • supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food

  • perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed
