Job Description

This position offers the opportunity to provide culinary, administrative, and leadership assistance to the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and Sous Chef in a kitchen outlet. The kitchen supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the kitchen and assumes leadership in the absence of senior chefs.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • three years of progressively responsible culinary experience in the relevant cuisine
  • demonstrated ability to lead and discipline a team of cooks
  • culinary degree or relevant experience
