The role also entails assisting management with human resources functions such as hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees to foster a positive work environment. Adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and security procedures is essential, including reporting any maintenance needs, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
The ideal candidate will be proactive in upholding professional appearance and confidentiality standards, addressing guest service needs with a warm and friendly demeanor, and developing positive relationships within the team to achieve common goals. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and performing manual tasks such as bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 25 pounds. Other duties may be assigned by supervisors to meet operational demands. This role requires a solid understanding of menu items, food preparation, and banquet service standards.
