Job Qualifications
- ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
- Experience in kitchen management or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Collaborate with the General Manager and management team to achieve excellence in kitchen operations
- Embrace and promote the WingHouse philosophy to both staff and guests
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling practices
- Master all kitchen stations and hold the ability to train staff at each position
- Effectively supervise shifts to maintain smooth operational flow
- Manage inventory and control food costs efficiently
- Place accurate food orders and maintain inventory levels
- Ensure that labor goals for the back of house (BOH) are met consistently
- Maintain all kitchen equipment in optimal condition
- Foster a motivating and satisfying work environment for all employees
