As a Kitchen Operations Manager at WingHouse Bar + Grill, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational success of the kitchen across one of our exciting locations. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the General Manager and other management staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations that align with WingHouse's core philosophies and quality standards. You will embrace and promote the WingHouse philosophy among your team and to guests, ensuring that every dish served meets the company’s high standards and that all health and safety regulations are followed meticulously. Mastery of all kitchen stations is expected so that you can effectively train staff and lead by example. Supervision during shifts will be a crucial part of your job, ensuring that workflows are efficient, standards of sanitation and safety are upheld, and a positive working environment is maintained. Effective inventory management and cost control are vital duties, with the goal of optimizing food costs without sacrificing quality. You will manage ordering processes and inventory levels, maintaining kitchen equipment in top condition to prevent disruptions. Job Requirements
- Must hold ServSafe and Food Handling Management Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to undergo a background check as required by local laws and regulations
Job Qualifications

- Experience in kitchen management or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ensure that labor goals for the back of house (BOH) are met consistently
- Maintain all kitchen equipment in optimal condition
